My husband is right now out to sea with the newest ship in the US fleet the USS G.H.W. Bush.
Military life is not an easy one.
You see people celebrate memorial day while your loved one, who serves, is away from you and your children.
We just celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary and he was not here.
I hope you try to remember to just say a little prayer for our men and women in uniform who keep this country safe.

ReplyDeleteRi - I didn't know he was out to sea - you never said a word! Girl! I'm going to have to drive over and spank you!! My son just got home Saturday - the first time I have seen him in a year and a half. We get him for a month then he is gone again for at least 6 months. You know my heart is with you and your family!! Hooray for the USA!! Go Red, White and Blue!!
